I didn’t always have this life: the clarity, the vision, the peace...
I know how it feels to be hiding behind a mask.
I was 11 years old when I was forced to grow up. My dad was struggling with bipolar disorder, battling addiction. In high school we lost our house and moved in with my Grommy. Dad bounced between sober living homes and churches, until ending up on the streets. During that time we would write letters to each other and I learned to wear the mask of happiness while my internal world was spiraling in chaos. I immersed myself in the ephemeral worlds of my art to escape my reality.
I SHIFTED MY FOCUS TO MY CREATIONS,
receiving grants, awards & artist residencies while exhibiting my work around the world. Externally I was successful, but the wound of abandonment ran deep and affected my self worth at its core. At 25 I lost my dad & the mask I spent a decade hiding behind quickly began unraveling. I allowed myself to go to the depths of my heartbreak & grieve.

Intertwining all my life experiences with the most transformational program I began to train under Sahara Rose of Discover Your Dharma, Dr.Neeta Bhushan of Global Grit Academy, & Ajit Nawalkha of Evercoach by Mindvalley in the inaugural class of Dharma Coaching Institute. As a certified Soul Purpose Coach I tap into the combined wisdom and transformational power of holistic tools from a variety of Eastern and Western traditions. Using the psychological and spiritual framework from the Dharma Coaching Institute coupled with experiential creative projects to guide you to discover your purpose, embody your passions, and overcome obstacles keeping you from your sacred mission.
